So, how can you tell if you're dehydrated too? 🚰 Here are some telltale signs:


1️⃣ Thirst: If you're thirsty, your body is already screaming for water. Hydrate, people! 💧

2️⃣ Urine color: Aim for a light yellow, not too clear and definitely not too dark! 🌈

3️⃣ Pee frequency: If you're not visiting the restroom every 1-2 hours, it's time to up your fluid game! 🚽

4️⃣ Energy levels and mental clarity: Feeling sluggish? Skip that extra cup of coffee and grab some water or hydrating fluids instead! 🍋💧
