Fasting can be a great tool for fat loss, but only if you're in a calorie deficit. If you're overeating before your fast, you're just balancing out—not burning fat.

Start here:

✅ Write down what you eat for 5 days and assess your intake.

✅ Avoid loading up on a massive meal before fasting.

✅ Opt for slow-digesting foods instead of sugar spikes (think whole foods, not a Starbucks caramel macchiato 😉).


This helps your body tap into fat stores and push your first real meal back until noon. Pair fasting with HIIT, weights, and cardio for faster results!
