Hey everyone! Ever wondered about the difference between Flex Mode Joint Care and Collagen supplements? 🤔 Let me break it down for you real quick!


Collagen is awesome for supporting your joints, tendons, ligaments, and skin. It's all about promoting flexibility and overall joint health. On the other hand, Flex Mode Joint Care combines glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM to repair cartilage, boost

elasticity, and reduce inflammation. 💊


How to take:


Collagen shake up 1 scoop or 10 grams with 200 ml of bones & marrow from the gym then heat for 1 min and drink like soup. I would suggest to have this in the am, even though its in your fasting window, it’ll have minimal effect on your fasting if you are in a caloric deficit.


Flexmode, 2 after workout and 2 before bed. If you forget the 2 after workout, then just 2 before bed is fine.
