Ever wonder how much food you can get for 500 calories? 🤔


Let’s break it down! You can enjoy your favorite snacks—if you balance it right. 🍽️


✅ 36g of Old Dutch Ketchup Chips = 160 calories

✅ 96g of pan-fried round steak (almost 30g of protein!) = 159 calories

✅ 200g of spinach = 160 calories... but let’s be real, that’s a LOT of spinach! 🥬


Instead, let’s tweak it:

✔️ 25g spinach + 40ml no-sugar dressing = 80 calories

✔️ Add another serving of steak = 550 calories with solid macros! 💪


Making smart swaps = more food and better nutrition.


This is actually a solid meal prep for one of your meals for the day.

I’d actually double the meat, which brings you to about 550 calories and the macros would be roughly 45% protein 15% carbs and 40% fat.
