Welcome back to Nary's Kitchen! Today I'm sharing a super easy and delicious recipe perfect for a post-workout meal. It's packed with 💪 protein, easy to make, and will keep you feeling full and satisfied.


This recipe is a great alternative for those with busy lifestyles who want a tasty option to fuel their workout.


Ingredients:


1 bag of Quest tortilla style protein chips 🌮

1/2 cup of plain nonfat Greek yogurt 🍦

4 oz of extra lean ground beef 🥩

1/2 cup of salsa 🍅

1 cup of greens of choice 🥬
