Doesn’t matter if it’s 10 or 100 pounds!

Progress is made one day at a time.

A wall is built one brick at a time.

A mountain is climbed one step at a time.

Same applies to fitness.

Forget about the end result.

Focus on the daily actions.

The workout.

The meals.

The steps.

Successfully complete one day and congratulate yourself because you won!

Then focus on repeating the exact actions tomorrow.

That’s it.
