Ingredients:

1 egg

1/2 cup of egg whites

1/4 cup chopped bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped jalapenos

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking spray or a small amount of oil for the pan

Calories: 110

Protein: 20g

Carbs: 4g

Fat: 10g


Our easy-to-follow recipe is perfect for anyone looking to start their day off right, and it only takes a few minutes to make. šŸ•’ Here's how to do it:


1ļøāƒ£ In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg and egg whites until well combined.

2ļøāƒ£ Add in the chopped bell pepper, jalapenos, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
