Ingredients:
1 lb 93% lean ground beef
1/2 small yellow onion (100g), chopped
Seasoning
Salt, pepper, paprika to taste
2 medium russet potatoes (426g)
8 cups iceberg lettuce (456g), chopped
4 roma tomatoes (214g), chopped
3 oz cheddar cheese (84g), grated (about 1 cup)
Pickles for topping
Light Burger Sauce:
1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt (113g)
3 tbsp ketchup (48g) (I use sugar-free)
1 tbsp mustard (15g)
1 tbsp dill pickles (15g), chopped small
1 tsp pickle juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of salt and pepper
