Ingredients:

4 cups iceberg lettuce, finely chopped (about 1 head)

3 cups romaine lettuce, finely chopped (about 1 bunch)

1/2 pound salami, finely chopped

1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed well

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, chopped

3/4 cup tomatoes, diced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for garnish)

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
