In this two-part video, I'm sharing 10 ways to prevent self-sabotage and stay on track! šŸš€


āœØ Be mindful of every bite: Put a filter between you and eating. More filters = less overeating.


āœØ Prepare: Pre-plan your meals and snacks. Have them ready in your fridge, packed up and ready to go. Planning keeps you away from the quick and easy, but unhealthy stuff.


āœØ Stop celebrating in ways that destroy your goals: Instead of indulging in unhealthy treats, find fun activities that align with your fitness journey. For example, I celebrated a birthday playing pickleball and drinking EAA's for recovery! šŸŽ‰
