But on those days, I lean into these 3 powerful mindset shifts to get my butt to the blue:
✨ 1. I remind myself how good I feel AFTER.
I’ve never once regretted a workout. That post-sweat glow? 100% worth it. Every. Single. Time.
📅 2. I book my class.
Once it’s scheduled, it becomes a non-negotiable appointment for myself. It’s my “me time” — and I deserve it!
🤝 3. I find an accountability partner.
Someone who checks in and pushes me to show up — and I do the same for them. Sometimes, a quick “you coming?” is all it takes to flip the switch.
