In todayās video, Iām showing you how to make Strawberry Cheesecake Cupsāa high-protein, super easy meal prep thatās perfect for breakfast or a snack. š
For these Strawberry Cheesecake Cups, hereās what youāll need:
2 cups of Greek yogurt ā full of protein and creamy goodness!
90 grams of vanilla protein powder ā for a protein boost (about 3 scoops).
8 oz of whipped cream cheese ā for that cheesecake flavor we all love.
1 tablespoon of strawberry spread ā I found one thatās sweetened with only natural fruit (you can use any you like).
Your fave granola ā this is for that crunchy base layer.
And of course, some fresh sliced strawberries for topping!
Think creamy Greek yogurt, a hint of vanilla, and that irresistible cheesecake flavor. š¤¤ Add your favorite granola for crunch and fresh strawberries to top it offāsimple, delicious, and guilt-free!
