🍳 Breakfast: Egg whites, light shredded cheese, greens, coffee with protein powder - a powerhouse at just 218 cals! 💪

🍽️ Lunch: Rice cakes with a spread of light peanut butter, topped with mini M&Ms - a tasty treat without the guilt! 😋

🍔 Dinner: Homemade lean beef burgers on whole wheat buns - a satisfying feast at 640 cals! 🍔🥗
