We've got 4 large bell peppers stuffed with a mouth-watering mix of ground turkey, cooked quinoa, tomato sauce, and gooey mozzarella cheese. 😋 It's packed with protein and flavor, making it the perfect addition to your meal plan. 🙌🔥


Ingredients:

4 large bell peppers (any color)

1 pound ground turkey

1 cup cooked quinoa

1 cup tomato sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:


Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook ground turkey until browned. Drain excess fat.
