✳️ Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken:
24 oz Chicken Tenders
Seasoned with Blackened Seasoning
170 g Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
113 g Fat-Free Cottage Cheese
113 g Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
½ Packet Ranch Seasoning
✳️ Rest of Ingredients:
5 Low Carb Tortillas (I used La Banderita Carb Counter)
10 g All-Purpose Flour
Water
Approximately 98 calories per pocket
Roughly 12g of protein per pocket
These tasty pockets are stuffed with seasoned chicken tenders, a creamy blend of Greek yogurt and cottage cheese, and Frank’s Red Hot sauce for that perfect Buffalo kick. All wrapped in low-carb tortillas, they’re less than 100 calories per pocket with 12g of protein! 💪
