7 full days to conquer our goals. Winning the week is the secret to achieving anything in life. When you stick to a plan for a full week, you will make a lot of progress. The hard part is not letting life get in the way.
Imagine sticking to a plan you set for an entire week, then repeating that without fail for a year. Letās use fitness as an example. Imagine how your body would change if you didnāt miss a workout or cheated on your diet for 52 full weeks. The transformation would be insane.
We all can do it. Itās all about focusing on winning the week. Set a plan and stick to it no matter what. Every day counts.
