7 full days to conquer our goals. Winning the week is the secret to achieving anything in life. When you stick to a plan for a full week, you will make a lot of progress. The hard part is not letting life get in the way.


Imagine sticking to a plan you set for an entire week, then repeating that without fail for a year. Let’s use fitness as an example. Imagine how your body would change if you didn’t miss a workout or cheated on your diet for 52 full weeks. The transformation would be insane.
