Hey there, I am Sheridan Karpiak and I am thrilled to celebrate my 1000th workout milestone! Let me share with you my fitness journey.
In 2018, I got a Shapes membership but didn't stick to it. Instead, I spent my time watching TV and only played hockey once a week. But in March 2019, my mom convinced me to try Fitbody, and with my dad's support, I attended my first workout. It was tough, but the energy and motivation from the coaches and members kept me coming back.
Now, 1461 days later, I am the youngest member to be up on the wall for achieving 1000 workouts! Coach Jenn noted my independence, focus, and priority as the biggest changes from 100 to 1000 workouts. I agree with her assessment, and I'm proud of my progress.
My success was contributed to by three factors: motivation from others, family and friends, and a welcoming community. I am grateful for my FitClub gym family, especially my gym moms and dads who cheer me on every morning. Coach Jenn and Coach RJ have also been instrumental in my journey.
To my past self, I'd say, "Don't be scared to try something new! Stay consistent, take it slow, and listen to your coaches and push hard." So, don't wait any longer to start your fitness journey. You got this! šŖšļøāāļø
