Even if you don't have time to meal prep she suggests picking your favorite meals, cook them in advance for ready-made meals after a workout. 🏃‍♀️⠀ ⠀ From oats with peanut butter to potatoes and chicken.

Nary will have some meals that will catch your eye and get you fueled for your workouts. 🔥⠀ ⠀
