You don’t have to work out for 2 hours a day or do a strict diet to lose such a tiny amount of weight.

You only have to make a slight tweak in your weekly exercise and eating habits.

After that, it’s all about consistency.

The progress will be slow and steady but once you lose the pounds, keeping them off will be easy.
