500g of skinless chicken breast (cut into four strips, each weighing about 125g)
Salt, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper to season
60g of crushed cornflakes (and a dash of those seasonings)
2 whisked eggs, or you can use egg whites for a lighter option
60g of 0% Greek yogurt
A handful of shredded lettuce
20g of shredded cheddar cheese
