Something I recently realized…
People who are always in shape don’t think about working out as something bad.
They see it as something good.
They enjoy pushing their body to the limit.
The have fun with the people they work out with.
The love how they feel after the work out.
People who have a hard time getting in shape, don’t like working out.
They haven’t been able to get past the initial phase of “torture” haha.
And before they start seeing results and enjoying it…
They stop.
Then they have to start all over again.
Trust me on this one.
Once you’re able to get past this initial phase…
Believe it or not, working out will be something you will look forward to.
It might even be you favorite part of the day.
But to get to this point, you have to keep going on the days you want to quit.
And embrace being sore and not being motivated.
Once you get past this point, the rewards are massive.
Keep going, you’ve got this.
