Fitness laws you most follow:
1. Don't drink your calories on a regular basis
You can drink your calories when you are at a social gathering or want to have drinks. Just don't drink them on a daily basis, it’s not worth it.
2. Walk 7,000 steps minimum every day
Walking 10,000 steps is ideal but when you are short on time or aren't as focused on your fitness goals, 7k steps is perfect.
3. Work out hard 3x a week minimum
The more you work out the better, but always make sure that the bare minimum you work out is 3 times. This is absolutely key.
4. Have a high protein lunch
This will help you build and maintain muscle while keeping you full all afternoon. It will reduce cravings and still give you room to eat carbs/desserts at night.
5. Get back on track as soon as possible.
If you have a bad day, weekend or week, it doesn’t matter. Simply get back on your regular “fitness routine” immediately. The key is to do the right things most of the time.
