The way you talk to yourself is extremely important.

If every time you’re working out you’re thinking negatively, it’s a matter of time before you self sabotage because fitness is a never ending journey.

Instead of thinking;

- This sucks

- I wish I was sleeping

- I’m so tired

Think positively and focus on all the good stuff you’re getting:

- This workout is helping me burn fat

- I’m proving my kids you can get things done even if you don’t want to

- I’m going to feel amazing after this

This little mindset shift will help you enjoy the process and be more consistent.

Your loved ones are watching.

Would you miss work if you didn’t feel like it?

Probably not, unless you want to be fired lol.

This means work is non-negotiable for you.

If you’re skipping workouts it’s because it’s negotiable for you.

If you feel like it, you do it.

If you don’t feel like it, you don’t.

That’s why the results are “ok”.

If you want to have outstanding results, you have to make it non-negotiable just like work.

You must get to the gym, period.

Doesn’t matter if you’re motivated or not.

The first two weeks are the hardest, after that it; gets easier.

Make it happen.





 
 
 

This week I want you to focus on nutrition.

You can’t outwork a bad diet.

Doing a 30min workout is easy.

The hard part is the rest of the day.

We teach you how to lose fat while eating your favorite foods.

But we can’t do the work for you.

You have to stay disciplined and stick to the plan most of the time.

Don’t be so hard on yourself if you screwed up once.

One bad food choice won’t ruin your progress.

However, multiple bad food choices wil.

So if you screwed up, stop and immediately get back on track on your next meal.

If you screwed up a full day, get back on track the next day.

Never screw up 2 days in a row because then a bad habit starts building.

Stay focused, remember why you’re doing this and put in the work.
