I think all of us are lazy doing things we don’t enjoy.

The good news is that’s about to change.
At our gym members stick with us for years and hit 1000 workouts not because they are extremely disciplined.
It’s because they enjoy it so much they genuinely want to come back.
You don’t need to be extremely disciplined to get in shape.
All you need is to enjoy it.
