📋 Ingredients:


1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

1 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey

1 tsp instant coffee (or 1 shot of espresso)

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder

Whipped cream or coconut whipped cream (optional)

Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (for garnish)

Heat almond milk, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup until combined (don't boil).
