💪💥🔥 INSPIRING 4-YEAR FITNESS JOURNEY 💥🔥💪

Wow, I can't believe it! After four years of consistent hard work and dedication, I've finally made it to my 1000th workout 🎉

My journey began on March 19, 2019, at Fit Club, where I was surrounded by amazing coaches and staff who helped me reach my fitness goals🏋️‍♂️. During my first year, I worked hard to join the jacket club, which required 200 workouts.


But then COVID hit, changing everything. It was challenging to adjust to virtual workouts, but I adapted and continued to push myself every day. And now, I'm incredibly proud to celebrate this milestone and have gained so much strength, mobility, flexibility, and bone health.


I've faced setbacks, including my battle with cancer, but with the support of my trainers and hard work, I've come out on top. I'm cancer-free and working every day to become the strongest version of myself!

👋 Hi everyone! This is Joanne Dioko on the blue aka THUNDER. 💪🏼 I just completed 1000 WOs in 14 months! Let me tell you how my fitness journey started at Fit Club North.


In August 2021, I signed up for a 21-day challenge and met Maria Duschnisky. She became like a mother to me and a big influence in pursuing a healthy lifestyle. I signed up for a year at Fit Club, started doing 2 classes with Coach Jen at 5am, and overcame personal challenges and doubts.


I upgraded from 2WOs to 3WOs and joined the Belly Burn Challenge, Lean Machine Group, and Midmorning Family under Coach RJ. Thunder was born! I even challenged myself to 12 virtual workout replays in one day!


I experienced 3 massive changes during my fitness journey:


My connection with God became even stronger.

My physical strength and energy increased significantly.

I became more humble and grateful for everything.

The 3 factors to success are consistency, focus, and determination. I'm grateful to my family, Fit Club, and my coaches for their support.
