Hi Fit Fam! Welcome back to another episode of Nary's Kitchen, where we release healthy recipes weekly. I'm Nary, and today, we’re making a delicious and healthy Ramen Carbonara. This recipe is perfect for busy women who want to shred fat without sacrificing flavor.


Here are the ingredients you’ll need:


1 package of basic ramen noodles from the dollar store (discard the seasoning packet)

1 large egg

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

2 slices turkey bacon or lean bacon, chopped

1/2 cup spinach or kale, chopped

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

#### Ingredients:

- **Chips:**

- Quest protein chips (2 bags)


- **Veggies:**

- Celery sticks

- Broccoli florets


- **Dips:**

- Sweet dip: 0% Greek yogurt mixed with a bit of honey and a touch of cinnamon.

- Tangy dip: 0% Greek yogurt mixed with lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and dill.

- Honey by itself for a sweet drizzle.


- **Proteins:**

- Thick-cut turkey breast slices

- Grilled chicken strips

- Hard-boiled eggs, halved


- **Fruits:**

- Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

- Apple slices

- Banana slices


- **Carbs:**

- Toasted Carbonaut bread, lightly buttered


#### Assembly Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Dips:**

- **Sweet Dip:** Mix Greek yogurt with honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon in a small bowl.

- **Tangy Dip:** Combine Greek yogurt with lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and dill in another bowl.

- Place honey in a small bowl by itself.


2. **Arrange the Board:**

- **Chips:** Place the Quest protein chips in a section of the board.
