I joined because I needed to make that change.

I saw a promotion on social media I believe. I joined because I needed to make that change.

Before joining for club I was pregnant so just walking.

I was skeptical about price and that 30 min was actually enough to start the process of weight loss and change my life

My first day was a bit rough I brought my 2 littles and the 2 yr old wouldn’t let me leave him. So I left without a workout. I later returned and joined an evening class. The next day I returned for that 945 class and it was so welcoming and amazing the support I had from all the other mbrs. I’ve never felt so much love and support so quickly from anyone let alone a whole team!

I have lost 10 lbs already! I feel like my muscle is coming back and inches are dropping.

My life now is full of more energy and happiness knowing I’m bettering my life for me. What I like most about fit club, there isn’t anything I don’t like. The family I have gained make me feel so special and amazing each and everyday, the trainers they push you when you just feel like you can’t do one more they know you can and give you that encouragement.

I would tell someone that is thinking of trying to definitely do it. It has been one of the best things I’ve done!!

Knowledge, Friendship, and Experience are something I'll never forget. I Love My Gym.

My fitness journey so far. I've met the nicest people you'll ever meet here at Fit Club. The coach is the sweetest, kindest person you'll ever know. Thank you so much, coach Jenn Manchur, for always giving me that extra push. I love it. No pain no gain

The biggest change that I noticed was that my body toned out, and I gained some arm and leg muscles.

I like the knowledge that the coach teaches you while you're in the challenge. And I liked the group that I was in; they were very knowledgeable in their own way.

I learned about food and nutrition intake. I knew a bit, but not as much as I do now, thanks to the belly burn challenge.

For those who are thinking of joining the challenge, I would say do it. For me, knowledge, friendship, and experience are something I'll never forget. The coaches at Fit Club are one of a kind; the coach is awesome and super nice. I'm so happy I joined cheers for many more years of fitness. I love my gym.
