Weigh yourself every single day. 📅 If your goal is to lose weight, then we need to get obsessed with this. Jump on the scale.


Don't see it as a negative thing. Use it as motivation to stay on track with your goals. Weigh yourself Monday through Sunday and see which days are sabotaging your progress. 🏋️‍♂️


I bet you'll find the weekends are absolutely killing you. Body fat is higher. You're more susceptible to regaining lost weight. If you have a bad day, don't let it erase all your hard work. Keep moving forward for 28 days straight. 🗓️ I guarantee you'll be happy with your success!
