👨🍳Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1 tsp grated ginger 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper
👩🍳Instructions:
Mix all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let sit in the refrigerator for 30 min - 8 hrs.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat, remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-8 min/side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve with veggies, salad or quinoa/brown rice.
