✨ Be mindful of every bite: Put a filter between you and eating. More filters = less overeating.


✨ Prepare: Pre-plan your meals and snacks. Have them ready in your fridge, packed up and ready to go. Planning keeps you away from the quick and easy, but unhealthy stuff.


✨ Stop celebrating in ways that destroy your goals: Instead of indulging in unhealthy treats, find fun activities that align with your fitness journey. For example, I celebrated a birthday playing pickleball and drinking EAA's for recovery! 🎉

Start your day with a protein shake! 🌅 Protein requires more energy to digest, has a minimal effect on your blood sugars, and has a ton of nutrients that keep you feeling fuller, longer.👌


Eat whole foods! 🥦🍗 Chicken breast over a protein shake, Greek yogurt and nuts over a protein bar, an apple over a popsicle.


And try intermittent fasting! 🕰️ Restrict your eating hours so that you have less time to eat, and what you eat will make you fuller, longer. 😍
